History
Formed in December 2003 by amalgamation of Raumati Hearts Sports & Football Club with Paraparaumu United Association Football Club. Founded in 1960, Raumati Hearts celebrated its 40th anniversary in the year 2000.
Raumati Hearts (also known as Coastlands Raumati Hearts and Kapiti Hearts) was originally named by derivation from the Scottish Club, Heart of Midlothian FC.

Founding and Life Members of Raumati Hearts:
Paraparaumu AFC was founded around 1991, with the Batty family contributing to it's birth and nurture.

In the recent (2007) clean up of the Clubrooms at Weka Park a minute book was recovered with the following hand-written entry:
Raumati Hearts Association Football Club
On the seventeenth day of March in the year of nineteen hundred and sixty the club to be known as "Raumati Hearts Association Football Club" was founded.

Although the club was in operation last year it was mainly a test to see if the interest was enough to start the club proper. This has now been done.
