JUNIOR UPDATE
WE'RE UNDERWAY!

After a false start, where all Junior competitions we're cancelled on the first weekend due to Weather, we're now finally into the season!

CLUB PHOTOGRATHER
Throughout the season, our awesome Club Photographer will be out and about capturing the action at Junior games and programmes. We’ll do our best to ensure as many teams and players as possible are featured during the season. So remember to smile for the camera! 😊 If you’d like a specific shot, like a team or a Player of the Day photo, feel free to ask! He’ll do his best to accommodate your requests.

RESPECT RIBBONS
This year we are trialling “Respect Ribbons” for teams in the U10 and U12 grades.  Each team has been provided with 20 blue “player of the day” respect ribbons for the season.  The intention is that one ribbon is to be given to a player in the opposition team after your final game each week.  The choice will be entirely up to your team.  We encourage teams to let your players decide who on the opposition team this should be given to.  This can be performance related, or if you think an opposing player has demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, entirely up to you!  This initiative is in keeping with one of our core Club values, demonstrating respect for ourselves and our opposition.

PLAYER OF THE DAY CERTIFCIATES
Player of the Day certificates have been given to all teams, please give these to your own team.
We would love to encourage everyone to send us your photos of your Player of the Day or Team photos. They might just be used in our “Team of the Week” feature posted on Social Media every Friday!
