THANK YOU TO LOWER NORTH ELECTRICAL
A massive thank you to Lower North Electrical for their continued support of Kapiti Coast United.
Your backing helps us keep the lights on, both literally and figuratively, and continue growing football on the Coast. We're especially grateful for your support of our juniors, helping the next generation of players thrive.

CLUB PHOTOGRATHER
Throughout the season, our awesome Club Photographer will be out and about capturing the action at Junior games and programmes. We’ll do our best to ensure as many teams and players as possible are featured during the season. So remember to smile for the camera! 😊 If you’d like a specific shot, like a team or a Player of the Day photo, feel free to ask! He’ll do his best to accommodate your requests.

RESPECT BARRIERS AND SPECTATOR BEHAVIOUR
LET THE KIDS PLAY!
We love seeing supporters at games , the energy and encouragement make a huge difference. But we do need to remind everyone of the importance of positive behaviour on the sidelines.
Lately, we’ve had issues with spectators standing too close to the pitch, and at times even on the field during play. This creates unnecessary pressure for young players and officials, and it goes against Sport NZ’s guidelines for creating a safe, enjoyable football environment.
We’ve had great feedback trialling Respect Barriers in our U8s, and plan to introduce them at U11 and U12 regional games too.
More importantly, let’s not forget why we’re there:
+ To encourage
+ To cheer positively
+ To celebrate effort and teamwork
Let’s leave the coaching to the coaches, and focus on building a fun, safe and respectful environment for all.
