Kapiti Coast United - Regional Grades Player Allocation Sessions

Kapiti Coast United are excited to announce that we will be holding team allocation sessions for players who want to represent KCU in the travelling Regional competitions  KCU will be entering teams in the Under 11, Under 12 and Under 13 grades in 2026.

Venue: Otaraua Park
Dates: Thursday 5th and 12th February

Age Grades

• Under 11s 5:30 - 6:45pm - Players born 2015 (players born 2016 with dispensation from junior committee)

• Under 12s 6:15 - 7:30pm - Players born 2014

• Under 13s 4:45 - 6:00pm - Players born 2013

Any player wishing to represent a team outside of their age grade is subject to approval from the Junior Committee.  This approval is for the current season only.

Players wanting to represent KCU in our travelling teams must be able to commit to additional training sessions, and display an attitude consistent with the club values.

The team allocation sessions will allow players to demonstrate their technical skills, as well as the players ability to work as part of a team.  Each team allocation session will be assessed by 2 of the grade coaches, plus 2 independent assessors.

Registrations will open very soon, and players will be able to register their interest in the traveling teams then.
